I envision them winding up in landfills and contaminating ground water. It turns out that with (at least) the Prius, Toyota gives you $200 for the old battery and then they COMPLETELY recycle every single part of it. Hopefully EVERYONE will institute identical programs.

I really like the "repeal the child labor law" statement. Too many people blame the government for everything, and fail to recognize that all these safety and health laws are what are keeping this country livable.
